About the Role
FullFunnel is hiring a senior-level Project Manager to lead the structured execution of GTM and RevOps client engagements.
This is a high-ownership, professional services role. You will manage timelines, scope, resource allocations, stakeholder communication, documentation, and delivery performance across multiple concurrent engagements.
We are not hiring a coordinator. We are hiring someone who owns delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Build and manage detailed project plans (Kantata preferred)
- Define milestones, work breakdown structures, and critical paths
- Translate client objectives into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Resource & Margin Management
- Monitor allocations, utilization, and margin performance
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove execution risks
- Maintain delivery efficiency across concurrent workstreams
Scope & Risk Control
- Manage scope changes through structured change management
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain control in fast-moving, evolving environments
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the operational point of contact for engagements
- Deliver structured status updates and executive-ready reporting
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams
Documentation & Systems Discipline
- Maintain accurate SOWs, meeting notes, sprint updates, and reporting artifacts
- Ensure data integrity within project management systems
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and engagement documentation
- Continuously improve templates and delivery processes
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6+ years of experience in Project Management, Professional Services, or Operations
- Experience owning timelines, scope, and client-facing delivery
- Understanding of professional services fundamentals (utilization, allocations, margin awareness)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in B2B environments
- Proficiency in project management platforms (Kantata preferred; Asana, Monday, Trello acceptable)
- Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
- Experience in GTM, RevOps, or Sales Operations environments
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience
- Consulting or agency background
Technical & System Requirements (Mandatory)
Because this is a systems-heavy, remote delivery role, the following are required:
- 8GB+ RAM
- Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) or higher
- 256GB+ storage
- Stable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps)
- Functional camera for client-facing meetings
- Dual or tri-monitor setup strongly preferred
