Job Description
This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who can lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across the business by applying best practice project management principles. The role is responsible for driving execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, cost and quality, while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder alignment and risk control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring structured delivery and successful handover into business-as-usual operations
Drive project planning, execution and tracking, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed and aligned to agreed objectives
Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports and governance frameworks to provide clear visibility on progress, risks and performance
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and strong engagement across all project workstreams
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate escalation, stakeholder alignment and resolution in line with governance standards
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce in a field related to Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Operations or a related business discipline
Postgraduate qualification in Business Commerce or Project Management is advantageous
Minimum Experience
5–7 years’ experience in end-to-end project management within a complex environment
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within defined scope, cost and timelines
Experience managing project financials, resource planning and governance processes
Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels, including project boards and senior leadership
