A growing Finishing & Fit-Out Company is seeking a qualified:
🔹 Project Engineer
📍 Location: New Cairo, Egypt
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
* 5–7 years of experience in Finishing & Fit-Out projects.
* Strong AutoCAD skills.
* Good understanding of shop drawings and site execution.
* Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Familiarity with project schedules and material follow-up.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong ability to deal professionally with consultants and clients.
* Proven experience in inspections, handing over works, and obtaining approvals from consultants.
Job Description:
* Supervise and manage finishing and fit-out activities on site.
* Review drawings and ensure work is executed according to specifications and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office team.
* Monitor work progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
* Follow up material requests and site requirements.
* Ensure compliance with project schedules and safety regulations.
* Attend inspections and coordinate with consultants to obtain approvals.
* Manage the handover process and close snag list items efficiently.
* Resolve technical issues and support project delivery within deadlines.
