Are you an experienced engineer passionate about delivering high‑quality technical projects in the water and wastewater treatment sector within North & West Africa Region? Join our team and play a key role in driving engineering excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovative project execution.
🔧 What You Will Do
- Develop and execute engineering projects ensuring high‑quality standards across water & wastewater treatment applications.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and customers from the discovery phase through full project development.
- Lead project execution: customer requirements, contract negotiations, commercial terms, logistics, delivery, and commissioning.
- Monitor equipment testing and assembly at supplier facilities or customer sites.
- Prepare technical documentation: data sheets, specifications, RFQs, drawings, installation sketches, O&M manuals.
- Coordinate activities with Project Support, Service Technicians, and DBI partners (Design, Build & Install).
- Produce complete project documentation: Scope of Work, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Technical Sheets, Maintenance Protocols.
- Participate in trials and start‑ups of new equipment technologies.
- Provide training and technical support to sales teams and customers.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- Submit weekly/monthly project status reports through internal systems.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of field experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, contractors, and operations staff.
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local engineering regulations.
- Proven knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Visio is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
- Native local language proficiency + Fluent English and French.
