Position Overview
Next Gen Construction SARL is seeking a Project Director to lead and technically represent the company on a master plan construction project. This role is strictly tied to the specific project and will serve as the technical authority and spokesperson when engaging with government entities, public authorities, and investors.
The Project Director will be responsible for defending the project technically, explaining its feasibility, and ensuring that the modular and precast construction methodology is fully understood and accepted by stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Representation
- Act as the technical representative of Next Gen Construction SARL for the master plan project
- Defend the technical feasibility, design, and construction methodology before government authorities and investors
- Clearly explain and justify the modular and precast construction systems used in the project
Project & Design Oversight
- Oversee master planning, technical studies, and construction principles
- Ensure alignment between project vision, technical execution, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Stakeholder & Government Engagement
- Participate in technical presentations, reviews, and approval meetings
- Support negotiations and discussions from a technical standpoint
- Ensure project compliance with applicable standards and regulations in the Republic of Congo
Investor & Strategic Support
- Support investor confidence through clear technical communication and risk mitigation strategies
- Assist management during technical due diligence and project validation phases
Required Profile
- Senior‑level experience in construction project management or technical directorship
- Proven knowledge of modular, precast, or industrialized construction methods
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working with governments, public authorities, or large investors
- Strategic, authoritative, and solution‑oriented mindset
Compensation & Contract Structure
- Proposed Salary: USD 5,000 – 8,000 per month (gross), depending on experience and project scope
- Payment Condition:
- This role is project‑specific
- Salary will be automatically activated and paid once the investor signs the project contract
- Payments will follow the agreed project timeline and milestones
