Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance against baseline plans.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Track project costs, commitments, and expenditures.
• Analyze schedule delays, risks, and variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
• Support earned value management (EVM) and KPI tracking.
• Review contractor schedules and progress updates.
• Assist in claims analysis, change management, and extension of time evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting standards.
• Participate in project meetings and management reviews.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in project controls, planning, or cost engineering.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and cost control methodologies.
• Proficiency in:
Primavera P6
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Excel
Power BI (preferred)
• Familiarity with EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
