We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our operations team in Century City, Cape Town. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, addressing queries, and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation and project support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to increased operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in identifying project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers where required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Team and leadership as needed.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
• Experience within an IT services, technology, or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is mandatory.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Preferable)
• Proficiency in project management and business administration software.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
• Own cellphone and internet access.
• Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call roster.
• Willingness to travel when required.
