Our client a digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to act as the central coordinator between clients, internal specialists, and leadership. The agency delivers Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web development services to medium–large businesses, primarily in the dental and healthcare space.
The Role
This is a pivotal hybrid role where you’ll own client relationships and keep projects running smoothly. You’ll manage communication, coordinate specialist contractors, attend client meetings, and oversee workflows via project management tools—ensuring leadership can focus on strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication with professionalism and confidence
- Attend and summarise client meetings, including action points
- Oversee project workflows (e.g. Asana), ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate across teams (paid media, SEO, creative, web development)
- Monitor and maintain existing automation systems (Make.com/Zapier)
Scope
This is a coordination and management role—you will not execute campaigns, write ad copy, or build systems, but will oversee those who do.
Requirements
- Native-level English with strong written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing digital marketing agency role
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Ability to manage client communication independently
- Experience working with remote teams or contractors
- Strong organisational skills and comfort leading meetings
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
Advantageous
- Experience with AU/UK-based agencies
- Proficiency in Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Exposure to automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier)
- Previous team coordination or junior management experience
Working Hours
- Remote role aligned to AEST: approximately 10:00–18:00 (6–8 hours daily).
