Looking for a Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee large-scale strategic programs within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery leadership, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream programs and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive dashboards.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Drive program planning, execution, dependency management, and issue resolution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums.
- Monitor program health, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology initiatives, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in an Agile and hybrid delivery environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or PMO leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing large-scale digital transformation, technology, or enterprise programs.
- Strong expertise in:
a. Program Governance
b. Stakeholder Management
c. Risk & Issue Management
d. Executive Reporting
e. Portfolio & Delivery Management
f. Financial Oversight and Budget Management
g. Vendor and Partner Management
h. Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
