We're looking for experienced educators and tutors to help train the next generation of AI. Your ability to explain complex concepts clearly, evaluate learning materials critically, and structure knowledge for different audiences is exactly what AI systems need to become better teachers.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your pedagogical expertise directly shapes how AI tutors and educates millions of learners worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated explanations, lessons, and tutoring responses for accuracy and pedagogical quality
- Create clear, well-structured educational content across your subject areas
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-produced learning materials
- Rate AI responses on clarity, helpfulness, and age-appropriateness
- Provide structured feedback to improve how AI explains and teaches concepts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Teaching, tutoring, or instructional experience in any subject area — math, science, languages, humanities, standardized test prep, or anything in between
- Strong ability to break down complex topics into clear, accessible language
- Excellent written communication skills in English and/or Portuguese
- Attentive to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Comfortable evaluating educational content at scale
- No prior AI or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Teaching license or degree in education (Licenciatura, Pedagogia, or equivalent)
- Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
- Familiarity with multiple grade levels or standardized testing (ENEM, vestibular, SAT, etc.)
- Subject matter expertise in STEM, languages, or humanities
