The primary purpose of this role is to independently lead and deliver high-quality, youth-friendly clinical services within a nurse-led adolescent health clinic, with medical oversight available as needed. The postholder will take full responsibility for the day-to-day clinical functioning of the service, including patient management, service coordination, and quality improvement.
The clinic operates within a Health Park model supporting holistic adolescent wellbeing, including physical activity, nutrition, and mental health. Services include integrated SRH, HIV prevention and treatment, and general primary health care for adolescents and young people aged 12–29 years.
This role requires a confident, self-directed clinician with strong clinical judgement, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering accessible, non-judgemental, and high-quality care to young people.
