yOur client, a global automotive manufacturer, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join its new manufacturing facility in Tangier
.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the plant launch while ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production operations

- nsSupervise daily production activities to ensure delivery, quality and productivity targets are achieve
- d.Coordinate production resources, manpower and equipmen
- t.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely executio
- n.Resolve production issues while minimizing downtim
- e.Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and work instruction
- s.Monitor production KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap and efficienc
y.Team Manageme
- ntLead, coach and motivate production operators and team leader
- s.Allocate resources according to production prioritie
- s.Support recruitment, onboarding and development of production employee
- s.Conduct performance evaluations and identify training need
s.Continuous Improveme
- ntPromote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiative
- s.Participate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysi
- s.Support process optimization projects to improve productivity and qualit
- y.Contribute to the implementation of best manufacturing practice

- s.Support corrective and preventive actions related to production issue

- leEngineering degree or equivalent technical qualificatio
- n.Experience supervising production teams within automotive or high-volume manufacturin
- g.Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processe
- s.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and quality system
- s.Experience using ERP systems and production planning tool
- s.Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skill
- s.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmen
- t.Good command of English is an advantag
- e.Previous experience in plant launches or greenfield projects is highly desirabl
