We’re looking for a Production Stock Controller to help keep our manufacturing operation running at full speed by ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. No shortages. No delays. No chaos

Purpose:
To co-ordinate, managing and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finishedgoods within the production environment to ensure that production operations runs efficiently without delays due tostock shortages.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in stock control or inventory management in a manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Effective communication
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components and finished goods
- Issue materials to the productions team and ensure necessary stock is available to prevent manufacturing delays
- Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies for timely replenishment
- Monitor stock levels against production schedule and coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment
- Oversee the storage of materials, ensure proper identification/labeling and manage stock rotation
- Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, shortages and discrepancies
