Main Purpose Of The Job
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems within an organization, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of Production Data Sheets (PDS) aligned with the production plan issued by the Planning Department, ensuring timely and accurate execution of work orders.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of work orders, analyzing performance metrics to ensure alignment with production targets and operational efficiency.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of comprehensive daily, monthly, and annual production performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams capable of achieving factory objectives, proactively identifying and eliminating operational obstacles.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across all levels of the production team.
- Ensure all products consistently meet or exceed established quality and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance strategy to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of energy management systems in accordance with international standards.
- Provide senior management with detailed reports on energy performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategically plan and coordinate energy management initiatives to align with the company’s sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.
- Promote energy awareness and best practices across all departments, ensuring alignment with corporate energy objectives.
- Actively participate in the energy management team responsible for implementing ISO 50001:2018 standards across all operational activities.
Job Requirement:
- Years of experience: 6:9
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Professional Certificates: SolidWorks for Electrical Design
- Language proficiency: English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
