Position Summary
The Product Supply Associate is responsible for supporting production operations by ensuring materials and products are moved efficiently throughout the facility. This role helps maintain workflow, organization, and compliance with company standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supply production lines with raw materials, packaging, and other required products in a timely manner.
- Remove finished goods from production areas and transport them to warehouse staging or storage locations.
- Operate manual and/or electric hand jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper product rotation and inventory accuracy during transport.
- Verify product labels, quantities, and pallet conditions before movement.
- Keep aisles, staging areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
- Communicate with production and warehouse personnel regarding material needs and priorities.
- Assist with pallet wrapping, staging, and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision immediately.
- Support inventory counts and material tracking when required.
- Maintain organized and efficient material flow throughout the work area.
- Follow all company GMP policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding material needs or production issues.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
· Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
§ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
§ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
§ Ability to lift and move materials as required.
§ Forklift or pallet jack experience may be preferred depending on facility requirements.
§ Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
· Ability to safely maneuver loaded pallets using hand jacks
Training
The company will provide hands-on training upon hiring for GMP, Dress Code, Safety, Pallet Jack, and Forklift training, if needed.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
