Purpose:
To create, coordinate, and optimize production schedules in order to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within resource constraints by balancing demand, inventory levels, and production capacity to keep operations running smoothly.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience in production planning
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or manufacturing industry
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP Systems
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure raw materials are available for production
- Determine the necessary resources to meet production targets (Machinery, labour)
- Track production performance and troubleshooting issues to improve efficiency
- Align production volumes with demand forecasts
