About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to lead our creative production team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of video production, editing, and visual content development for promotional and advertising assets across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the video editing and creative production team
- Plan, assign, and track production tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee the creation of high-quality video content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and other team members to maintain consistency and quality standards
- Review and approve final outputs before delivery
- Optimize workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and output volume
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing video production or creative teams
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and digital content workflows
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
