DeCoty Coffee Company is seeking a full-time Production Lead/Roaster in San Angelo, Texas. The employee will be responsible for helping the production team complete the tasks set by Production Manager. Will require visual monitoring of machine operations at all times, checking weight of packages going into cases, and checking seals on packages. Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. Roasting experience is required. Employee would be available for work Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with occasional overtime work. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
