Immediate Hiring – Production Engineer (Concrete / UHPC)

I’m currently hiring a Production Engineer to join Concré and take responsibility for our concrete production operations (UHPC sinks, tiles, and custom elements).

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, factory-based role managing the full production cycle — from mixing and casting to finishing and final product approval.

Key Responsibilities

– Supervise daily production (mixing, casting, curing)

– Work with molds and formwork (precast / custom products)

– Monitor finishing quality (surface, edges, and details)

– Inspect final products and approve or reject output

– Manage and direct workers on-site

– Ensure consistency in product quality

– Handle basic reporting and documentation

– Maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements

– Civil Engineering (preferred)

– Architectural Engineering (accepted with strong interest in execution and materials)

– 0–1 year experience (internships are a plus)

– Strong interest in concrete, precast, or materials

– Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness

– Willing to work on-site in a factory environment

– Must have a car or reliable transportation
