Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily production plans to meet output targets.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and quality standards.
* Follow up on mixing, filling, and packaging operations to maintain product consistency.
* Monitor line performance and minimize downtime.
* Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with QA on deviations.
* Maintain accurate production records and traceability documentation.
* Adhere to safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or FMCG manufacturing.
– Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 standards.
– Hands-on experience with mixing, filling, and packaging machinery.
– Good understanding of production documentation and reporting systems.
– Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
– Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
