PRODUCTION MANAGER with experience in Flexographic(Flexo) Printing experience – An Advantage, but Not Mandatory
Manufacturing OR Industrial environment experience

PRODUCTION MANAGER
* Diploma in Engineering (Mech, Industrial, Elect) or Related
Field
* Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Production Management
within a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
* Flexographic (Flexo) Printing experience is an Advantage
but not Mandatory
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Safety
Management
* Leadership experience in Supervising Production Teams
* Strong understanding of Production Processes, Equipment &
Quality requirements
* Ability to work in a 24/7 Operational Environment, including
Shifts, Weekends or On-call Support
Job Duties:
* Plan, Organize & Control Daily Production Operations
* Monitor Production Schedules to meet Targets
* Implement & enforce Quality Standards
* Manage Production Costs, including Labor, Materials &
Waste
* Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards
