We are expanding our Alliances Department!
Position Overview :
We are currently recruiting for multiple positions within our Alliances team. We are looking for candidates ranging from Team Lead/Management level to Senior Product Specialist level.
Depending on your experience and leadership capabilities, you will be interviewed for either the Alliances Manager role or the Product Manager role.
Responsibilities :
The Core Mission: You will own the relationship with our technology vendors. You are the bridge between the vendor and our internal sales teams, ensuring our pricing is competitive and our market share is growing.
What you will do (All Levels) :
- Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with vendors/partners. Ensure we are their preferred partner.
- Pricing & Profitability: STRICT management of product pricing, margins, and P&L. You are responsible for the profitability of your portfolio.
- Sales Enablement: Train our internal sales team on your products. Join client meetings to help close deals.
- Inventory & Planning: Coordinate with vendors on stock availability and quarterly targets.
For the Senior/Management Applicants (Alliances Manager):
- In addition to the above, you will lead a team of Product Managers.
- You will be responsible for the high-level strategy of the department.
- You will handle contract negotiations and high-level conflict resolution with vendors.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience:
- Mid-Level: 2+ years in Product Management, Brand Management, or Vendor Relations.
- Senior Level: 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, P&L fluency, and the ability to present to clients.
