Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for biomedical equipment, addressing complex issues and troubleshooting IT connectivity.
- Participate in automated infusion system business development by visiting customers, presenting products, and delivering user training.
- Identify connectivity needs and tailor solutions for optimal sustainability.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain customer devices at the customer site and at the office.
- Support IT projects in hospitals in North and West Africa (English and French speaking countries).
- Prepare documentation and process descriptions.
- Conduct training and provide user support.
Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT, Business Administration with an IT background, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong theoretical and hands‑on IT skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with knowledge of logical and physical network design.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, etc.
- Experience with data communication concepts, network troubleshooting, Internet and intranet architecture, network security policies, and maintenance diagnostics.
- Expertise in standard Microsoft Office tools.
