What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from our range.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- School leavers are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to learn and grow as a sales persons
- Experience in sales or customer service, will be an advantage preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong Admin and Computer skills
- Communication, planning and time management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to understand product specifications and match them to customer needs.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
