Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bir Mourad Rais for a Product Owner. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with business needs and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user needs, defining product roadmaps, and overseeing the software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality digital solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Management and Business Analysis skills to define product requirements and align features with business goals
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting user data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers
- Familiarity with Software Development methodologies and agile workflows
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in FinTech or digital products is a plus
