About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will own specific product features and drive their development from concept through delivery. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to prioritise requirements, execute roadmap initiatives, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage a designated product feature area
- Lead execution of feature roadmaps and product initiatives
- Prioritise requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Support product releases and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
Customer & Market Insights
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
- Gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Product Strategy & Performance
- Contribute to product strategy and align initiatives with business objectives
- Analyse product performance using data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders
- Support go-to-market activities and product launches
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across the product organisation
- Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Develop user guides, training materials, and supporting resources
- Ensure alignment with product development methodologies and quality standards
Required Experience
- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a related role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed product decisions
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of product development and delivery lifecycles
- Familiarity with customer feedback and engagement processes
- Experience using reporting and analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Knowledge of software development processes and technology platforms
- Exposure to roadmap planning and product strategy
- Legal industry experience or legal qualification would be advantageous
