We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape, develop, and deliver products that solve customer problems while driving commercial success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product direction, analyse data, prioritise features, and support successful product launches.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with customer focus and enjoys working in an agile, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and anticipate future needs.
  • Translate customer insights into product enhancements that balance user value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform product strategy.
  • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to support product decisions.
  • Prioritise product features and make informed trade-off decisions.
  • Evaluate product performance using quantitative methods, including A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation by analysing customer and product data.
  • Support go-to-market activities by working closely with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with ownership of products or key features from concept through delivery.
  • Demonstrated success delivering product enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, business case creation, and customer discovery.
  • Experience using data to drive product strategy and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting product launches and collaborating with commercial teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Balsamiq.
  • Understanding of technical architecture and data principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
