About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Management Consultant to partner with our team in shaping and accelerating the development of high-impact product aligned with business objectives. This is a consulting engagement designed for a senior product manager who can provide strategic guidance, establish product best practices, and support execution across key initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong product expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience delivering successful digital products while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on product strategy, vision, and roadmap development.
- Lead product discovery activities, including user research, market analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, product, design, and engineering teams.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
- Support product teams in roadmap prioritization and decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Review product performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Provide guidance on go-to-market planning and product launch readiness.
- Share industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technology insights.
- Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams on product management methodologies.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities to improve product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably within technology, AI, SaaS, or digital product environments.
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and supporting successful product delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI/ML, automation, or platform-based products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product design processes.
- Experience scaling product organizations or establishing product management frameworks.
