Investment Specialist positions available (New York, NY)
- Drive Latin America coverage across differentiated private credit strategies in a portfolio of investments spanning corporates, financials, infrastructure, and energy;
- Work on deal sourcing and build and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, advisors, international investment banks, and local market participants in emerging markets;
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis on potential borrowers and assess capital structures, macro political, FX, and other relevant lending risks;
- Drive the execution of new investments across private credit transactions, including direct corporate lending, structured credit, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, subordinated and mezzanine finance, and infrastructure and project finance;
- Coordinate due diligence, financial modeling, term sheet development, and legal processes with third party advisors, legal counsel, and development agencies;
- Monitor key financial performance indicators borrower and asset covenant tracking and implement ongoing portfolio monitoring protocols; and
- Partner with the Portfolio Manager and broader investment team to support portfolio construction, conduct thematic research, and perform ongoing risk and return analysis.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience.

$179,088 – $225,000 per year
