𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
▪️ 𝐄𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Lead new product development (NPD) projects from initial concept and formulation to final market launch.
▪️𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, Registration, Planning, Production, QC, QA, and external suppliers.
▪️𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Conduct market research on cosmetic trends, active ingredients, and packaging innovations to recommend product line expansions.
▪️𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
▪️𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop product pricing models and calculate raw material consumption to ensure commercial viability.
▪️𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 & 𝐁2𝐁 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 : Source and negotiate with local and foreign packaging and printing suppliers while managing B2B client accounts and toll manufacturing projects.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science or a related field.
▪️Proven experience in product development or project management within the Cosmetics industry.
▪️Familiarity with Regulations for cosmetics, and an understanding of the Egyptian market landscape.
▪️Strong ability in competitive analysis, market studies, and pricing modeling.
