Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous teardowns of UAE competitors to ensure our interface remains the benchmark for "Premium Digital Banking" in the Gulf.
- Lead design-led discovery, conducting user research and usability tests to identify friction points specifically for the UAE's diverse, multi-national user base.
- Responsible for simplifying navigation and reducing cognitive load, ensuring that even the most complex financial tasks feel straightforward and confident for the user.
- Create the detailed UI designs, Wireframes and interactive prototypes that serve as the "Blueprint" for the UAE dev team.
- Maintain and evolve our Digital Banking Design System, ensuring consistent icons, typography, and color palettes across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Required Qualification:
- Experience working on fintech or digital banking platforms.
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design.
- Business Acumen.
