Responsibilities:

– Ensure that the department is properly stocked and organized
– Monitor and maintain quality control of produce items
– Create attractive displays to showcase fresh produce
– Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their produce needs
– Implement sales strategies to maximize department revenue
– Utilize cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Requirements:
– Lift up to 40lb boxes
– Knowledge of retail sales and customer service principles
– Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
This role requires someone willing to work and willing to learn. Someone with great customer service skills and has a good attitude.
