Role Description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the procurement function, developing purchasing strategies, and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality supply of goods and services. The role includes managing vendor relationships, supervising the procurement team, and ensuring compliance with policies and budgetary controls.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
· 6–8 years of procurement experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.
· Experience with ERP/procurement systems and reporting tools.
· Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
