Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier management, cost control, travel coordination, and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage RFQs/RFPs and source new or preferred suppliers as required.

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, purchase orders, and ensure appropriate internal approvals.

Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

Maintain procurement records, price lists, and supplier evaluations.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal audit requirements.

Assist in onboarding new vendors, maintaining the supplier database, and conducting annual vendor reviews.

Monitor market trends to support strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives.

Support internal teams with procurement-related queries and ensure efficient communication.

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in ERP and procurement systems.
Requirements:

Experience with ERP purchasing systems and vendor management.

Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain procedures.
