We are recruiting a Process, Governance & Internal Control Manager for one of OUR CLIENTS, a leading diversified business group.
Job Summary
As the Process, Governance & Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening governance frameworks, designing and implementing internal control systems, optimising enterprise processes, driving compliance, and promoting operational excellence across the Group through effective governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in governance, internal control, enterprise risk management, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience designing governance frameworks, implementing internal controls, and improving business processes.
• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting compliance reviews, and coordinating enterprise risk assessments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, and AI productivity tools.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a diversified corporate environment is an added advantage.
