About the Role

The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and maintenance of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, e;icient, and cost-e;ective production while maintaining high product quality and operational stability

Responsibilities

Process Optimization

  • Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for productivity and cost improvement.
  • Prepare and update process documentation, work instructions, BOMs, and routing.
  • Ensure process stability, efficiency, and repeatability in production operations.
  • Support improvement of OEE for critical machines.

Operational Support

  • Support production teams in resolving technical and process-related issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Provide daily technical support to manufacturing operations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support reduction of waste, scrap, cycle time, and operational costs.
  • Assist in value engineering and make-vs-buy evaluations.
  • Support cost avoidance initiatives and ROI evaluations.

New Product Introduction

  • Support process preparation for new product launches.
  • Assist in defining manufacturing methods, tooling requirements, and process flow.
  • Support automation and manufacturing technology improvements.
  • Ensure smooth transfer from design to production.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track process KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and cost performance.
  • Prepare technical reports and process analysis.
  • Identify process risks and recommend improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
