This role is ideal for someone with hands-on printer, heat press, crafting or sublimation experience with a passion for coaching people who have just bought equipment and have no idea what they can do with it. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct training sessions on the use of the various printing, vinyl cutting and heat pressing machines we sell.
  • Support, mentor, and upskill customers who have purchased these machines.
  • Keep training records and customer feedback notes.
  • Monitor customer response to training and help them telephonically or by digital channels with any issues after the training.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the training we give.
  • Provide weekly updates on training done and customer feedback.
  • Work within a team of trainers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer literacy essential
  • Experience with graphics software advantageous
  • Crafting experience advantageous
  • Must be fully bilingual while being fluent in English.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile
  • Must have own mobile phone
  • Must enjoy teaching people and be a people person

Pay: R6 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
