This role is ideal for someone with hands-on printer, heat press, crafting or sublimation experience with a passion for coaching people who have just bought equipment and have no idea what they can do with it. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training sessions on the use of the various printing, vinyl cutting and heat pressing machines we sell.
- Support, mentor, and upskill customers who have purchased these machines.
- Keep training records and customer feedback notes.
- Monitor customer response to training and help them telephonically or by digital channels with any issues after the training.
- Identify areas of improvement in the training we give.
- Provide weekly updates on training done and customer feedback.
- Work within a team of trainers

REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer literacy essential
- Experience with graphics software advantageous
- Crafting experience advantageous
- Must be fully bilingual while being fluent in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Be prepared to go the extra mile
- Must have own mobile phone
- Must enjoy teaching people and be a people person
Pay: R6 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
