Core Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring printers.
• Monitoring and maintaining MPS Software and networks in MPS projects
• Providing technical support across the Bank (this may be through physical visit or over the phone)
• Provide MPS system users in various branches and departments
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new printers technology
• Receive branches requests for replace / decommissioning old printers
• Resolving open issues through help desk CA system
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Banking experience is preferred
• Knowledge about HW/Software
• Networking Knowledge
