Printer’s Assistant – Drivers License Compulsory
Ink Link Branding is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Printer’s Assistant to support our printing and production operations. The successful candidate will assist with print preparation, production, finishing, packaging, and general workshop duties to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of printing jobs.
- Support the operation of printing, vinyl cutting, and finishing equipment.
- Assist with weeding, laminating, trimming, and packaging of printed materials.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure print jobs meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Assist with stock handling and inventory management.
- Support the production team in meeting deadlines and customer requirements.
- Assist with deliveries and collections when required.
- Perform general workshop and production duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
- Previous experience in a printing, branding, signage, or manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of handling materials and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with overtime as required to meet production deadlines.
