Role Summary
- The Pre-Sales Specialist (CPaas) acts as the technical bridge between sales and customers, designing and demonstrating CPaaS solutions tailored to client needs.
Job description:
Solution Design & Consulting
- Gather customer requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Design APIs, workflows, and omnichannel communication architectures
Technical Sales Support
- Partner with sales team during client meetings and presentations
- Deliver demos, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and technical walkthroughs
Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents
Customer Education
- Explain APIs, integration processes, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Internal Collaboration
- Work with product, engineering, and delivery teams for feasibility and customization
KPIs:
- Win rate (deal support success)
- Demo-to-close conversion
- Solution turnaround time
- Customer technical satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years in Pre-sales / Solutions Engineering (CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom)
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and cloud platforms
- Experience with messaging channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email)
- Ability to present to both technical and business audiences
