Please note this is a live-in position, this is also a 5-month maternity cover
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Teacher to join our team. If you have a love for teaching, a commitment to academic excellence, and a passion for working with young learners, we’d love to hear from you!
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification:
- Grade 12
- Relevant ECD Level 5 Qualification or BEd Foundation Phase or fourth year BEd student
- CAPS Training
- SACE Certificate
- First Aid Certificate – level 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all duties required of an academic educator
- Lead by example in conduct and classroom instruction
- Integrate the school’s values into daily teaching
- Commitment to subject-related and extra-mural activities
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (able to teach in both languages)
- Experience teaching from Preschool to Grade 3
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Sober habits and self-motivated
- Love for outdoor activities and nature
- Microsoft Office proficient
