Pre-Sales Fixed Network Product Manager/Executive will be mainly responsible for prompt DWDM/IP/Access products and solution market position and achieves financial growth. This person will have deep insight into DWDM/IP/Access market and operators, define fixed network marketing and sales strategy, engage with customer in technical and commercial perspective, help operators to build future-oriented and cost-effective fixed network and achieving business success. Fixed Network Product Manager will work with the representative office product manager to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy and implement tactical plans.
  • Engages effectively with customer: Network planning, implementation, marketing and promotion, service provisioning and maintenance
  • Closely engage with decision makers within key customers in Sub-Saharan Africa region, articulating Huawei’s innovative vision.
  • Directly engage with key customers in the Sub-Saharan region to drive large, complex deals.
  • Closely engage with the R&D HQ and Huawei regional R&D team to customize and innovate solutions fits for the region.
  • Helping the sales teams across the region to reach targets by motivating, mentoring and developing the Account Managers and Solution Managers.
  • Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility with significant growth YoY
  • knowledgeable and informed communication regarding Huawei s’ products, services and direction
  • Generating ideas and suggestions, solution design, responsible for technical proposals
  • Conducting research into the industry, including competitive research.
  • Respond to RFP's and follow up with customer.

Qualifications & Training:

  • Minimum 3 years Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or telecommunication, related Engineering or IT
  • MBA degree or any high-level commercial qualification an advantage
  • HCIE/CCIE level certification an advantage

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ fixed network solutions and products sales is preferred, such as DWDM, OTN, IP, router, switch, FTTH, etc.
