Wunderkind Learning Co. is seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher to join our bilingual Reggio Emilia program.
We are looking for an educator who sees children as capable, values meaningful relationships, and is committed to creating intentional learning environments where children can explore, grow, and feel respected.
About the Role
The teacher supports a calm and engaging classroom environment grounded in inquiry, observation, and collaboration. Through thoughtful planning and pedagogical documentation, the teacher guides children’s learning while building strong partnerships with families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field with a minimum of 3 years of preschool experience
- OR
- Associate degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education with a minimum of 5 years of preschool experience
- Experience working within a Reggio Emilia or inquiry-based environment preferred
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Professional and warm communication with families
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
