TAH Green Point forms part of TAH (The Animal Hospital & Vetshop) and is looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join the team. What we Need:
We, at TAH Green Point, are looking for the right person to join as a Practice Manager on a full time basis. If you are able to foster a culture of excellence, have great problem-solving abilities, understand the value of teamwork and believe in consistently providing the best standard of client care this may be the role for you. Previous experience in the veterinary industry is not essential, but proven leadership, planning and a motivating personality are qualities we will prioritise. You will be responsible for enabling the business to operate effectively on a daily basis and most importantly will be able manage, encourage and motivate the team as a whole. The role requires effective leadership, the ability to coordinate a large number of administrative tasks with great efficiency, and attention to the finest detail.
This is a full-time day role Monday – Friday.

- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational – and people aspects of the practice
- Ensure our practice ethos of being the friendliest practice in the area permeates in all that we do and offer
- Manage and implement HR policies for each of the valued colleagues
- Solve problems swiftly to ensure we can continue to offer the great service we strive to deliver
- Manage direct client interaction and resolution of customer queries.
- Provide direct contact with service providers
- Create and maintain team cohesiveness
- Manage your own diary to achieve all of the above
To be a good fit for this job, you will need:
You will have had previous experience in managing a team, be an effective communicator, with good organisational and time management skills. You enjoy building relationships with our clients and with the team and have a passion for developing and coaching our colleagues.
