Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners in their neighborhoods to introduce our weekly pool service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive your success as you generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base. Duties
- Actively approach homeowners in assigned residential areas through door-to-door visits to present our pool service with enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate the value of our service clearly and address homeowner questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Close sales on the spot using our phone-based signup flow, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Utilize our route management software (Skimmer) and signup tools to capture customer information
- Collaborate with the owner on targeted neighborhood outreach to maximize density and effectiveness.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Juice Pools positively in every interaction, adhering to safety protocols and local solicitation rules.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask good questions, listen, and surface customer pain points.
- Experience in door-to-door, B2C, or commission-based sales (pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, lawn care, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Comfort with brief phone-based signup workflows and basic mobile productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our service.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Familiarity with the Tampa Palms, New Tampa, or South Tampa neighborhoods is a plus.
Compensation
- Commission-based 1099 contractor. Paid weekly via direct deposit.
- $130-$150 per closed account.
- First 3 closes paid in full, no clawback.
- After that: 50% paid at 1 month, 50% paid at 2 months (if the customer is still active).
- Weekly bonuses: +$10 per close at 3+ closes/week, +$20 per close at 5+, +$30 per close at 7+.
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone with data plan
- Pass a basic background check
- Available evenings (5:00-7:30 PM) and Saturday mornings (10:00 AM-1:00 PM)
