About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior/Senior Plumbing Technician to join our growing team, specialising in domestic maintenance plumbing. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will handle repairs, maintenance, and minor installations in residential properties. You will operate independently in the field with support from our remote management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform domestic plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding (leaks, blocked drains, taps, toilets, hot water systems, etc.).
- Carry out general domestic plumbing installations and upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service and recommend appropriate solutions to homeowners.
- Identify and close sales opportunities (parts, upgrades, or additional services).
- Safely remove and dispose of old plumbing components, with all scrap metals and salvage items kept by you as a direct incentive.
- Maintain accurate job records, photos, and reports via mobile tools.
- Adhere to safety standards and plumbing regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical plumbing experience (domestic/residential preferred).
- Full valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Own hand tools – Must have a complete set of basic plumbing hand tools.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management.
- Good customer service skills and professional presentation.
- Physically fit and comfortable with varied working conditions.
- Smartphone for job management.
