Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Rustenburg. As the Plant Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our Rustenburg plant, including planning, organising, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing a plant production team.
Requirements
Grade 12/ Equivalent
Diploma in Operations/Logistics/Concrete
Responding to breakdowns
Safety and quality audits
Manage own time, schedule work, and
6-8 years in a Plant operations environment/concrete industry/Logistics, of which 3 years
must have been in plant management or supervisory role.
Knowledge of application of the cementitious products
Certificate of medical fitness.
No criminal record.
Driver’s License.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
Advantageous:
Certificate in Quality Management or ISO Standards
Certificate in Cementitious Products or Concrete Management
Bachelor’s degree in operations management /Logistics/Metallurgy
Certificate in Financial Management
Supervisory Certificate
