Feltex is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage the Business Unit in order to achieve company objectives. The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving overall plant performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering on key operational targets.
This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by overseeing production processes, monitoring performance metrics, optimising resource utilisation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact between the plant, senior management, and stakeholders, foster a culture of leadership and accountability, and ensure all plant activities align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
