Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Planning & Cost Engineer role based in Nigeria. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling project budgets, estimating costs, and ensuring cost efficiency. The role involves developing and managing budgets, implementing cost control and analysis measures, analyzing project information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Engineering
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and optimizing project data
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant cost estimation and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- 3 to 5 years of infrastructure experience
- advanced knowledge of primavera p6
Solid background in planning, scheduling & cost control
Strong reporting & progress monitoring skills
