Job Summary:

Role Purpose:
The IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all IT-related activities within the South African subsidiary. The role ensures smooth IT operations, manages vendors, supports users, and maintains compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5 years in IT support or coordination role

Technical Skills:
Microsoft 365, Windows support, networking basics, ticketing systems, mobile devices and user administration.

Key Competencies:
Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license advantageous. Ability to provide after-hours support if required.

Success Measures:
SLA adherence, user satisfaction, system uptime, asset accuracy, compliance levels.
